& Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "38jili," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the 38jili platform at 38jili.cam, operating under a valid PAGCOR license.
• "Platform" refers to the 38jili website (38jili.cam), mobile interface, and all associated services, games, and features accessible through the 38jili domain.
• "Member," "you," "your" refers to any registered user who has created a verified account on the 38jili platform.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered profile created by a Member on 38jili, including the associated peso wallet and gaming history.
• "Services" refers collectively to all gaming, betting, promotional, and account management services offered by 38jili.
• "Funds" refers to real-money balances deposited into or earned within a Member's 38jili wallet, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded by 38jili subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions outlined in individual promotion terms.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority under which 38jili holds its gaming license.

By accessing the 38jili platform, creating an account, or using any of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full, together with the 38jili Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not access or use the 38jili platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

Membership and use of the 38jili platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your account:

1. Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities under applicable Philippine regulations. 38jili strictly enforces this requirement and will request government-issued identification to verify age during the account verification process.
2. Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal at the time of play. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the 38jili platform is lawful in your location.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Persons under guardianship or with legal incapacity to contract may not register.
4. Single Account: Each individual may hold only one (1) active 38jili account. Operating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order under any PAGCOR-regulated gambling program at the time of registration.

38jili reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by 38jili may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access real-money Services on 38jili, you must complete the registration process and pass identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes.

Accounts registered with false, misleading, or another person's information will be immediately suspended. Any funds held in such accounts at the time of suspension may be forfeited and reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering obligations.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. If you become aware of unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 38jili support immediately via live chat.

38jili accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank, 7-Eleven (Cliqq), InstaPay, and PesoNet. All account balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your account. Deposits are credited to your 38jili wallet upon confirmation by the payment provider. 38jili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

1. Your account must have completed KYC verification.
2. You must have met any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds.
3. The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance (bonus balance is not withdrawable until wagering requirements are met).
4. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.
5. 38jili targets GCash withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may require up to one (1) banking business day.

38jili reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests above threshold amounts set by PAGCOR compliance guidelines. Members will be notified of such requirements via their registered contact details.

38jili offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with individual promotions:

1. Bonuses are awarded at 38jili's discretion and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
2. Each bonus offer is available once per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
3. Wagering requirements must be met before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated) must be wagered using eligible games before a withdrawal can be requested.
4. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution percentages per game category are displayed in the promotion terms. Live dealer games and certain high-RTP slots may have reduced or zero contribution.
5. 38jili reserves the right to void bonus balances and associated winnings if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of software errors, use of prohibited betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or collusion.
6. Bonus Funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms. Upon expiry, bonus balances and any winnings generated solely from those bonus funds will be removed from the account.

All games available on the 38jili platform operate according to rules established by the respective game providers. By participating in any game, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable game rules.

38jili exclusively offers games from certified providers whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) have been tested and certified by independent testing laboratories accredited under PAGCOR standards. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the game provider and are available in the game's information panel.

In the event of a technical malfunction, network error, or game software failure that interrupts a game round, 38jili will take reasonable steps to resolve the situation fairly. Bets placed during confirmed technical failures may be voided and stakes returned at 38jili's discretion. 38jili is not liable for losses attributable to network interruptions on the Member's side.

All betting results produced by certified game software are final. 38jili does not have the ability to alter game outcomes, and the game providers' servers constitute the authoritative record of all game results.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 38jili platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, exploit bonuses, or conduct any activity on the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform system, whether or not doing so results in financial gain. Discovery of any such error must be reported to 38jili support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip-dumping, or coordinated play strategy across multiple accounts on live dealer or poker-style games.
• Structuring deposits or withdrawals to evade anti-money laundering detection thresholds, or using the platform to launder funds of any kind.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the platform, including denial-of-service attempts, unauthorized access to backend systems, or unauthorized data extraction.

All content on the 38jili platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, brand names, game graphics, interface designs, text, software, and data compilations — is the property of 38jili or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any content on the 38jili platform without prior written consent from 38jili or the relevant rights holder.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 38jili shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

38jili's total aggregate liability to any Member for direct damages shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their 38jili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

38jili does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 38jili will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and promptly address any technical issues that arise.

38jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Instruction from PAGCOR or any competent legal or regulatory authority.
• Request by the Member to self-exclude under the 38jili Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months (dormant account policy).

Upon account closure for reasons other than a violation of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via the most recent verified withdrawal method, subject to successful identity verification.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their accounts may contact 38jili support via live chat at any time. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

38jili is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling among its Members. The 38jili platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders when a session exceeds a duration you specify.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the platform for periods of 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications showing your session duration and net gaming activity.

In accordance with PAGCOR licensing requirements, 38jili enforces a strict 21+ age policy and maintains player protection protocols. Members showing signs of problem gambling may be contacted by the 38jili responsible gaming team and may have restrictions applied to their accounts.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and 38jili regarding any aspect of the Services, the following resolution process applies:

1. First Contact: The Member must first contact 38jili customer support via live chat or email ([email protected]) and clearly describe the nature of the dispute. 38jili will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.
2. Escalation: If the Member is not satisfied with the initial response, the dispute may be escalated to the 38jili compliance team by requesting an escalation in writing. Escalated disputes will be reviewed by a senior compliance officer within ten (10) business days.
3. Regulatory Complaint: If the dispute remains unresolved after the internal escalation process, the Member may file a formal complaint with PAGCOR through the official PAGCOR complaint channels. 38jili will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated dispute investigation.

All disputes must be raised within sixty (60) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims raised outside this period may not be entertained.

38jili collects, processes, and stores personal data from Members in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and the 38jili Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering on the 38jili platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, PAGCOR compliance reporting, and personalized communications regarding your account and promotions.

38jili will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, and licensed KYC verification providers only where required by law or necessary for regulatory compliance.

38jili reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Members via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect, unless the amendment is required for legal or regulatory compliance purposes, in which case it may take effect immediately.

Continued use of the 38jili platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must close your account before the amended terms take effect by contacting 38jili support.

The current version of these Terms and Conditions is always accessible at 38jili.cam/terms-conditions. The effective date displayed at the top of this document indicates the version currently in force.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Presidential Decree No. 1869 (PAGCOR Charter, as amended), Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act), and Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act, as amended).

Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 13 shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines, with venue in Metro Manila.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 38jili with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between the parties on the same subject matter.
